Laura Ackerman is a BCBA at Songbird, based in the South Bay in California. She is passionate about making learning fun and functional for all kids while also supporting and encouraging parents and caregivers. Previously, she worked at in-home and center-based ABA agencies and for five years as a Behavior Specialist in a public school district. Laura graduated from UCSB with her undergraduate degree in Psychology and from Florida Institute of Technology with her Masters in Professional Behavior Analysis.
